Invert colors
Choose B&W to invert black and white while preserving colors, or Full to invert every color. Select Invert Colors to generate a new PDF.
Merge and extract pages
In Merge mode, add two or more PDFs. Files are combined in the listed order. On Mac, use the up and down arrows to change that order. Use the × beside a file to remove it, then select Merge.
To keep part of a document, switch to Extract Pages, select one PDF, and enter the pages you want. Run extraction to create a separate PDF.
Compress a PDF
Select Quality, Balanced, or Minimum, then run compression. Quality prioritizes detail; Minimum prioritizes file size. Check the preview and the reported size before saving.

For scanned pages, enable Enhanced OCR in Settings before extracting.
